Leadership Montgomery County partners with Texas A&M University’s Center for Executive Development
Leadership Montgomery County (LMC) is excited to announce a new partnership with the Center for Executive Development at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
The partnership is with LMC’s Leadership Master Class, designed for graduates of LMC’s Signature Class to further develop their leadership skills and knowledge.
The partnership will combine LMC’s commitment to understanding community issues and growing leaders with the Center for Executive Development’s innovative academic resources and talented faculty. Through this collaboration, LMC aims to give its participants the resources and knowledge to continue to excel in their careers and make great impacts in Montgomery County.
“Partnering with the Center for Executive Development at Texas A&M aligns perfectly with our mission of growing the leaders in our community,” said LMC Executive Director Sarah Rhea. “Our core value of Lifetime Learning highlights that there’s always room for leaders to grow, and this is a valuable next step for these leaders to grow their knowledge and capabilities.”
Leadership Master Class will consist of six full-day sessions from October through April and will each be hosted by one of LMC’s partner chambers, including Conroe/Lake
Conroe Chamber, Greater EMC Chamber, Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber, and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce. Part of the day will focus on that area of the county and it’s leaders and the rest of the day will be focused on leadership development.

Leadership Montgomery County (LMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to developing and enhancing current and future leaders of Montgomery County. The mission of LMC is to prepare emerging and existing leaders to understand local issues, grow their leadership skills, and connect with others to better serve Montgomery County.
For more than 35 years, LMC has prepared more than 1,000 leaders to serve the community through its signature class and alumni programming.
