A.S. is Designs – Based in Conroe, this husband and wife team create one-of-a-kind home decor, furniture, games, and more, turning reclaimed wood into new treasures. The shop also takes custom orders.

The Artwerks – Local artist Melissa Polomsky sells hand painted colorful art, floral fabrics, vibrant decor, and handcrafted jewelry. Polomsky is also available to teach art to both kids and adults.

GenuWine Tasting Room – Opened in 2010 by two local women, GenuWine Tasting Room became Magnolia’s first retail specialty wine tasting room. It is the go-to place for area residents to host meetings, celebrations, and for a wonderful night out with friends in its beautiful and comfortable setting. Over the years, GenuWine has added local live music Thursday through Friday and food from cheeseboards to entrees. In 2017, the founders decided to retire and sold GenuWine to a local couple who have pledge to maintain the wonderful atmosphere that customers love. Come in and enjoy a weekly wine tasting or just relax with a glass of wine. You can also find gift cards and baskets, or host corporate and private events, or enjoy the wine club.
