Lone Star College SBDC kicks off Fall Business Success Seminar series
HOUSTON, TX – Now more than ever, small business owners need all the resources they can get. To help them keep the doors open, the Lone Star College Small Business Development Center (LSC-SBDC) and CyFair Houston Chamber of Commerce are launching their Business Success Seminar series on Wednesdays in October. The series will cover knowledge needed to pivot businesses for success.
“It is imperative for a small business to understand and respond to business issues caused by the pandemic,” said Miguel Lopez, LSC-SBDC Executive Director. “In this first seminar of the series, a panel of CyFair business owners will share how they altered their business models to thrive in this new environment.”
“Pivot Your Business Model – Hear from the Experts” will be moderated by Paula Harvey, CyFair Houston Chamber of Commerce vice president. It will help small business owners learn how to think outside the box to deliver products and services to prospects in new ways.
The virtual event takes place Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. There is no cost to attend. Register for the seminar here.
The event is co-hosted by LSC-SBDC and the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce.
