Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office seeks Identity of Assault Suspect

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in an assault that occurred in May 2021, in Montgomery County, Texas. The victim entered what was believed to be an Uber or Lyft vehicle to be transported to the victim’s home in Montgomery County where the alleged assault occurred. The vehicle was described as a newer model white Nissan Altima or Nissan Sentry with a square blue light visible in the front windshield.

The suspect is described as a black male possibly in his 50’s, about 6’1” and about 250lbs. The suspect was last seen wearing a black and white checkered shirt with a graphic on the front, a black ball cap and eyeglasses.
