Results of the 2025 Cinco de Mayo DWI No Refusal Taskforce

The 2025 Cinco-de-Mayo DWI No Refusal Taskforce helped ensure the roads of Montgomery County remained safe and drivers operating vehicles while under the influence of substances such as alcohol or drugs were taken off of the streets.

As a result of the great interagency partnerships and cooperation, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is proud of the successful efforts of the 60 Officers and Deputies from 17 agencies across Montgomery County including Officers from Humble PD and Houston PD.

We would like to acknowledge and thank our partner agencies including: Conroe PD; Houston PD; Humble PD; Montgomery County Constable’s Offices Precinct 1, Precinct 2, Precinct 3, Precinct 4 and Precinct 5; Magnolia PD; Oak Ridge North PD; Roman Forest PD; Shenandoah PD, Splendora PD, the Texas Department of Public Safety; Willis PD with special support from the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Citizen Alumni Association and Mothers Against Drunk Driving [MADD].
