The Woodlands Hills Marks 1st Anniversary with Over 100 New Home Sales

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation is pleased to mark the first anniversary milestone of The Woodlands Hills, which officially celebrated its grand opening, complete with a flag-raising ceremony on July 19, 2018. The Woodlands Hills, one of Houston’s newest master planned communities is situated in the scenic Conroe and Willis area, just 13 miles north of The Woodlands.

The Woodlands Hills has accomplished many milestones over the last year including 101 net new home sales since the community’s inception. The Woodlands Hills has opened an architecturally stunning 10,600-square-foot indoor/outdoor activity center within the 17-acre Founders Park, complete with a yoga lawn and an event lawn; state-of-the-art fitness center; a zero-entry, interactive community pool with a lazy river, lap lanes, sunning decks and shade structures over portions of the pool and cabana. Also featured are tennis courts, a dog park, connected hiking trails, and dedicated bike lanes along the major thoroughfares.

The Woodlands Hills is located on FM 830, approximately one mile west of I-45 with the property boundary extending north to FM 1097 and south to League Line Road.
