Wranglers Rack Up Awards at Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo
WILLIS, TX – Maybe the ranch-like environment of New Danville helps inspire the creativity of the Wranglers who participate in various creative programs offered on the beautiful campus in Willis. Between the environment and encouraged talent, five Wranglers earned awards for their creative works from the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo.
The New Danville awardees were recognized with ribbons and cash awards. They are Emily Heffernan, Reserve Champion Creative Arts; Becky Penny, Grand Champion, Woodcraft; Lisa Lindhout, Grand Champion Creative Arts; Robert Eagley, Reserve Champion, Creative Arts; and Eric Tewes, Grand Champion, Woodcraft.
New Danville is a ranch-like nonprofit community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities where they live, learn, work and grow with enriched and purposeful lives.
