4th of July Celebrations, Fireworks & Parades 2024
Celebrate Independence Day at these local events in The Woodlands and Montgomery County area featuring fireworks, live music, parades, family-friendly activities, and more!
June 24, 2024 – The Woodlands Concert Band’s Annual Patriotic Concert – The Woodlands Concert Band will perform its annual “I Love America XXIII: Long May She Wave” patriotic concert, Sunday, June 24, 2024, at 4 p.m. at Christ Church Methodist, 6363 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, Texas 77381. Wear your favorite patriotic attire! Veterans and their families will be recognized and honored. Admission is free. Learn More
June 29, 2024 – Conroe Stars and Stripes Celebration – The City of Conroe invites you to our 3rd Annual Stars and Stripes Celebration on Saturday, June 29th, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Heritage Place in Downtown Conroe. The event will feature plenty of kids’ activities, a vendor market, and a variety of food trucks on site. The Conroe Symphony Orchestra will take the stage at 8 p.m., followed by a spectacular fireworks display starting at 9:15 pm. As always, entry and Parking are free. July 3, 2024 – Star-Spangled Salute – The annual tradition that is ever growing stronger returns to unite communities, delight families and honor our greatest public servants once more! Star-Spangled Salute is back for another year, with a new face at the helm: Jason Seber. He’s conducted with some of the biggest names in classical music, and a diverse range of acclaimed pop artists, too. Expect energy, exuberance and excitement in every patriotically packed moment. July 4, 2024 – South County 4th of July Parade – Put on your red, white and blue and get a prime viewing spot for the exciting South County Fourth of July Parade on July 4, 2024 at 9 a.m. The 1.3-mile parade around The Woodlands features marching bands, fire engines, clowns, floats and more! Note: Roads will be closed during the parade; please view the route map for details. Learn More
July 4, 2024 – Red, Hot & Pool – Each pool will have patriotic decorations, activities and refreshments (while supplies last). The Woodlands Red, Hot & Pool will take place from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. with the 4th of July activities happening between noon and 4 p.m. Grab your swimsuit and we’ll see you there! July 4, 2024 – Oak Ridge 4th of July Celebration & Car Show – Oak Ridge North will be celebrating a patriotic Hometown Fourth of July with a morning parade followed by a Party In The Park at Marilyn Edgar Park. Free family activities, car show, entertainment and more. The parade and car show starts at 10 a.m., Party in the Park will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn More
July 4, 2024 – City of Tomball’s July 4th Celebration & Street Fest – Join the City of Tomball for the July 4th Celebration & Street Fest to beat the heat and stay cool at this annual event on Business Highway 249 just north of FM 2920 in Tomball. Enjoy live music, food, and one of the biggest fireworks shows in Houston. It’ll be a patriotic birthday celebration in Tomball as the City stages the biggest Independence Day event in northwest Harris County. The Street Fest is 4-9 p.m. with Fireworks starting around 9:30 p.m. Free admission and parking. Learn More
July 4, 2024 – 27th Annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival and Fireworks Extravaganza – Celebrate freedom in The Woodlands with great food, live entertainment and family fun at multiple locations around The Woodlands from 6 to 10 p.m. The event culminates with one of the largest fireworks displays in the Greater Houston area. All sites will feature live music beginning at 6 p.m. with bands playing until the Fireworks Extravaganza at approximately 9:30 p.m. Learn More

July 5, 2023 – Fireworks Show at Unity Park – Join the City of Magnolia for the annual fireworks show and fun at Unity Park in celebration of Independence Day! The event is free and open to the public and begins at 5 p.m. and the fireworks show will begin at 9 p.m. Learn More
July 6, 2024 – Freedom Fest – Join the City of Montgomery to celebrate Independence with a parade, kids zone and vendors galore. The Anything But a Trailer Parade, with the theme “Patriotic Pioneers,” is FUN for the whole family! The celebration is held in Montgomery’s Historic District, 14420 Liberty St, Montgomery TX 77356 on Saturday, July 6 at 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Learn More
