Glade presents Fall Chamber Concert Series

By  |

The Glade Arts Foundation is hosting a multi-disciplinary and collaborative chamber concert series delivered by The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra under the artistic direction of Darryl Bayer.

The chamber series will consist of four concerts held on the third Thursday of each month.

The first grand event pairs fine art with classical music on September 20th in the curated museum setting that will combine the passion of The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra with world renowned Texas Artist Legend, David Adickes.

The second concert will showcase The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra’s Woodwind Quintet led by Susan Daniell and Dr. Gina Stevens in a twisted classical concert titled “Music Macabre and More” on October 18th.

On November 15th the third concert in the chamber series takes a twist as we present “Jazz in the Woods” performed by musical force Woody Witt, internationally recognized tenor-saxophonist and resident of The Woodlands.

The 2018 Chamber Series concludes December 20th with the festive sounds of The Woodlands Symphony Brass. Join us in a casual atmosphere as Glade and The WSO celebrate the season with a Christmas party.
