Hello Woodlands has created a Christmas Day Guide that with a list of family friendly activities, businesses, and restaurants that are open, plus a heads up on locations that are closed on December 25 in and around The Woodlands, Texas.

ACTIVITIES ON CHRISTMAS DAY

• Go Ice Skating! The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center will be open from 2 to 8 pm. on Christmas Day, featuring ice skating in a main room with lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, spectator tables, concessions, and more! Please note Ice Rink operations have been modified due to COVID-19. Advance booking is highly encouraged to ensure capacity is not met for your desired skate time. Learn more
• Enjoy the Christmas tree lights at Market Street! Experience the magic and wonder of the season at Market Street and enjoy a nightly lighting of the 70-foot Christmas tree as it sparkles and “performs” to music every hour on the hour from 5 pm to 9 pm. Learn More
• Visit the Gingerbread Village! Open day and night, the gingerbread village invites guests to take a stroll around the free installation on a path dotted with oversized candy canes, popsicles, and gumdrops and cross under an entrance guarded by two gingerbread men before arriving at a raised clearing featuring cookie trees, a 16-foot high house and 12-foot windmill at the Plaza at Cityplace Springwoods Village.
