Lone Star College student tests positive for Coronavirus

HOUSTON, TX (March 24, 2020) – A Lone Star College student has tested positive for COVID-19. The student contracted COVID-19 while traveling out of the state during spring break. This student has not been on college property since before March 6.

All students have been on spring break, and offices were closed, March 9-15. All LSC facilities are closed until April 6 to employees and students. All facilities will remain closed to students until April 13.

While some offices were open from March 16-18 for a few key personnel, students have not been on campus since the beginning of spring break.
