“Miles for Meals is an annual fundraiser to better the lives of homebound seniors and many of our volunteers are seniors themselves and participate in the event,” stated Summer Day, President and CEO of Meals on Wheels. “Jim is our oldest meal delivery volunteer and has run the race for the past several years. He came in first in his age group and 84th overall in the men’s division.”

Miles for Meals was presented by Team Sinisi Real Estate Group. Vinny Sinisi was also the emcee again this year adding humor and commentary throughout the event. “I love being the emcee for this event each year with Meals on Wheels,” said Vinny Sinisi from Sinisi Real Estate Group. “There is always a skill you can share to enrich the lives of others. This is very enjoyable for me. Meals on Wheels is one of my nonprofit passions to care for the elderly as they have once cared for us.”
