Stolen Motorcycles and Warrants result in enhanced Harvey charges
MAGNOLIA, TX – On Wednesday September 6, 2017 The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department executed an arrest warrant at 26806 Sea Turtle Ln. in Magnolia.
While on location deputies were able to locate and recover two stolen motorcycles and a stolen shotgun.
Edward Markell, 37, was arrested for a Possession of a Controlled Substance warrant and charged with Receipt of Stolen property which was enhanced by the Hurricane Harvey Disaster Declaration to a Third degree Felony.
Ricky Rister, 41 was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle which was also enhanced to a third degree felony because of the Hurricane Harvey Disaster Declaration.
Both face 2-10 years in prison and a fine of $10,000.
