Mike Bass has been hired by The Woodlands Arts Council (TWAC) as its first Executive Director. Bass has decades of experience in multi-national business management and consulting and is a leader in The Woodlands community. TWAC’s mission is to promote, encourage and enhance the visual and performing arts in The Woodlands Area community.
