YMCA to Host Spin-a-Thon for a CAUSE on April 6

By  |

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Family YMCA is hosting a 3 hour indoor Spin-a-Thon benefit ride on Saturday, April 6th, from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. at its Branch Crossing location, 8100 Ashlane Way.

Led by the YMCA Cycling Instructors, the ride will provide a variety of music, instructors, training and levels of difficulty along with raffle, refreshments and camaraderie. The event is a great training ride for the MS150. Participants can ride for 3 hours or choose a 1 hour segment.

The community is invited but space is limited. YMCA Membership is not required but attendees must pre-register. The registration fee is $30. Personal bike trainers are welcome but must also pre-register.

Spinning for a CAUSE proceeds benefit the local YMCA Annual Better US Campaign. Funds raised ensure that everyone has equal access to the YMCA and the resources and tools they need to learn, grow and thrive, regardless of financial resources. The YMCA strives to turn no one away due to the inability to pay.
