The Woodlands® Welcomes Body Fit Training to Lake Woodlands Crossing

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announced Body Fit Training, a unique boutique fitness concept, will open their first Houston-area studio in Lake Woodlands Crossing in The Woodlands®.

Offering a redefined concept of group personal training, Body Fit Training (BFT) provides proven elite, high-performance methods, designed to burn fat and build muscles, tailored to deliver the best results for every fitness stage, from newbies to experienced fitness enthusiasts. A wide variety of 50-minute programs offer cardio, strength, functional and core stability. Body Fit Training’s innovative progression program is created to deliver results inspired by highly trained coaches.

The Woodlands will be the first Body Fit Training studio to open in the Greater Houston Area, with currently 100 BFT studios globally.

Lake Woodlands Crossing is 89% leased, with Body Fit Training at Lake Woodlands Crossing scheduled to open by the end of 2022.
